Glow in the Dark Toilet Paper
Aug 27, 2009

Practically the best invention known to mankind
Just when I thought colored toilet paper was dead, The Glow Company has restored my faith there are people in the world who love and care about toilet paper as much as the staff at ToiletPaperWorld.com does. The Glow Company, a British firm, recently released their new product, “GlowRoll”, which is glow in the dark toilet paper!
This is truly a great, innovative product. It may be one small product for man, but one huge advancement for mankind! I am jealous ToiletPaperWorld.com didn’t think of this stuff first! Besides the obvious reason glow in the dark toilet paper is just plain awesome, it has many practical uses as well. GlowRoll would be convenient for finding your way around a bathroom at night (the product website claims its capable of lighting up an entire bathroom!), camping in the wilderness, or even during power outages.
At around £5 ($10 USD) a roll, this is definitely not something we would put in our bathrooms on a daily basis, but reserve for using during special occasions or giving as gifts. Need a wedding gift? I’m sure the bride & groom would be thrilled to get a case of this stuff!
Kudos to The Glow Company for this noteworthy invention!

What is the point of this? I think the kids would love it – but that’s about it.
“It may be one small product for man, but one huge advancement for mankind!” Yeah, haha! great toilet paper! Everybody needs it.
And I thought my dad was pretty nifty with his Green Bay Packer TP. It could replace night lights in the bathroom, don’t you think?
Only if it was always stocked! Otherwise, you might be left in the dark without any toilet paper.
Great for…. a bathroom rave?
I would love it as a one off novelty item, but how safe is it on the skin? Could cause personal irritation.
haha that could come in handy!
Looks fun, but I feel like it wouldn’t be sanitary because it obviously has chemicals in it to make it glow. I, personally, would be too scared to try this out.
That is amazing! Now I don’t have to turn on the lights at night.
What an interesting product! Going to the bathroom in a dark would be a lot easier now, right? This definitely seems like it would be worth trying.
This…doesn’t look sanitary. Maybe it’s just because I’m so used to toilet paper being white (or pink
) I wouldn’t mind testing these out..
