Thank you for these tips. I feel like we encounter so many germs in a day with the sparring equipment and mats and so it’s important to keep them clean and sanitized. I love using the wipes for all surfaces. I think it’s about time to stock up too!

Those people who are involved in medical practices or those who are responsible of controlling these epidemics should do more and more to stop these kind of viruses from spreading and from developing new ones. I think the children who used to go to schools are the easiest victims of these kind of diseases and i am hopeful the these kind of viruses will be controlled very soon.

Swine flu seems to be pretty sporadic this season, hopefully it won’t take hold… nonetheless those tips are paramount. Having kids, they bring EVERYTHING home with home with them and they get a good dose of antibacterial gel when they come through the door.

With the majority of the swine flue contained, how much have people been affected this season by it? I know my roommate had it, but I haven’t really heard of anyone else being affected this season. I’m just wondering if I should still get the vaccine this season, just to be safe.
