that reflections cutlery looks great – it looks almost real! I’ll have to check it out for an event I’m hosting later on in the year.

Plastic champagne flutes can also be used as part of the decorations with a little ribbon and place candies or flowers in them.

For me, your wedding day should be the one day when you have the best, plastic glasses and disposable cutlery will do for any other occassion, but not your wedding day.

It is so funny that they make plastic silverware that looks just like the real thing. The first time I used them I didn’t know they were plastic until I picked one up and noticed the lack of weight. It is really nice looking stuff too.

Thank you for the great ideas for event planning. My friend has picked up a couple of deals she needs to plan and not a lot of extra moola to do it with. I can’t wait to share this with her!

not a bad idea to use disposable saves time and money definitely. Great post

Not sure about the plastic glasses, they just seem a little ‘kids birthday party’ rather than ‘elegant wedding’. But for saving money and time, you just can’t beat the disposable supplies and those glasses do actually look pretty good. Probably better for a party than a wedding.

Gee I dont know about the Plastic Champagne flutes. That looks a bit to cheap to me. Sorry but thats how i see it.

What a great idea! If only I knew.. We threw a graduation party for our nephew 2 weeks ago and ended up using just the normal red plastic cups. These definitely look more presentable. Good to know for the future.

Disposable tableware really is not a big deal. It saves a lot of dishwork at the end, and if the silverware looks real enough, you’ll be totally fine!

Using plastic items is definitely the way to go. There’s no need to be all fancy because once you do, the price increases substantially.

This really sounds practical but yet you can still make a very nice disposable champagne glass, it will still look very elegant. I would prefer this idea. I would love to try this on our 10th yr wedding anniversary.
