No Toilet Paper? Buy in Bulk, Never Run Out Again!

Oct 27, 2011

empty toilet paper roll

Out of toilet paper?

Head to the bathroom, and don’t notice until the last minute that there’s no toilet paper??? What do you do?

A) Start buying toilet paper in bulk

B) Look under the sink for more toilet paper

If you answered B- you are just like blogger Tracy Beckerman, who writes a column called Lost in Suburbia. She posted this picture to her Flickr stream, but her household wasn’t yet out of toilet paper. They just didn’t change the roll.

If you ever find yourself in this situation, choose your battle! You may be living with inconsiderate people who don’t know how to reload toilet paper when they use the last square. Or you may have forgotten to buy any, if you live alone.

Right. Cuz if you’re like me you actually have more TP than you need and are STILL willing to take advantage on a Charmin bulk sale.. Hi My Name is Carissa and I’m a User.

Running out of TP is the worst. Luckily my roommate and I have tissues, paper towels, and napkins- all good emergency TP fillers, but I try to buy in bulk when I can.

I am starting to think that buying in bulk is a great idea… even if I have no room for it in my apt.

This is the seen in my bathroom when we have a particular friend come for a visit… it is because of her that we buy in bulk.

There are toilet papers that have two layers as one! Some people divide those into two to save! Well, that’s another savvy tip! Just make sure that the layers divided are capable of handling watery stuff.

One technique is to put your spare toilet paper rolls in the bathroom as well; or at least one extra roll. Running out of tissue paper is a trivial thing but can actually annoy anybody. And oh, I agree, buy toilet paper in bulk!

I buy in bulk too because it can really be a disaster to run out of toilet paper especially for us girls. What I do is I don’t wait for all my stocks to run out. I already buy another bulk when there’s just 2-3 rolls left. :)

I always stock a lot, such a horror if you direly need them but don’t have any left.
