The dress and headpiece were designed by Ann Kagawa Lee of Honolulu, Hawaii and are made only out of Charmin toilet paper, tape, and glue.   Ann was the grand prize winner of‘s 5th Annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest and took home $1,000 for her extraordinary efforts.  Her piece is a blend of “Gone with the Wind” and Japanese origami themes.
