We get lots of laughs when we tell people the name of our website. They always wonder if we are joking, or being gross- but the reality is, we are just so passionate about toilet paper, we decided to name our website after it!

My grandfather, Jack Fischburg, started selling toilet paper (or tp as those of us in the business call it) over 60 years ago. Since then, my whole family has experimented with every type and brand out there. My Dad, Kenn Fischburg, is a renowned “expert” on the history and makings of TP, having appeared on the History Channel, the Howard Stern Show, and in a few books.

So when we decided to open a new website, we knew toilet paper had to be the focus. It seems that everyone has their brand of preference. I recently came across a woman who bought HandiWipes from our site and also agrees with our name choice. Ruth writes “I myself certainly make good use of toilet paper, and of course have my favorite brand…which come to think of it is getting harder and harder to find…It is crystal clear why they chose TOILET PAPER as their sobriquet. Everyone but everyone uses this item…OFTEN, COPIOUSLY, FOREVER.” You can check out her blog here.
